This page shows information about tasks that are assigned to you. From the My Tasks list you can see assigned tasks and task groups and update tasks.
You can raise a query on a task if you need further information about what is required.

Use the task list filters to find the tasks of interest
You can re-assign tasks to different users, group or ungroup tasks or assign tasks to the pool for adoption.
When tasks are completed, you can sign them off, adding details of inspection/review where needed.
This page shows new Issues, Comments and other information submitted by members of the public (or non-trusted users), which has not yet been approved and accepted into CAMS. You can review these submissions and choose whether to accept or reject them.
Click a submission in the list to see the full details of what was submitted by the user. Any associated photos will be shown too.
If the description submitted by the user requires editing (e.g. to remove any offensive language) this can be done before accepting
You can either copy the reported problem or write your own summary into the published problem that will display for all users
If necessary you can edit the issue type, as well as adding further information such as priority
If photos have been submitted, you can choose to accept or reject the photos independently of the issue. If you accept the photo you can also choose whether to publish it to make it visible to public users.
When you are happy with your changes, you can accept the record to CAMS, or save the changes leaving the record unaccepted.
You can reject the reported issue, for example if it does not affect a right of way, and in doing so you will be able to notify the user who submitted it.
Where users have added comments to existing issues, you can review, edit and accept these.
